This Resort has a new owner/developer.

This resort is between the Beaches Resort and Pavilions.
It has studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms
and villas on beach and has 135 units.
It was near completion of the first phase a year ago when it went into liquidation.
A developer from the UK bought the resort in May 2008 after a due diligence period.
Changes have been made in the resort plans and it will be completed in one phase opening January 2010.
There are 8 homes--3 bedrooms on the beach.
A restaurant is on the beach and they have just entered into a
rental management contract with Grace Bay Resorts that also manage the Grace Bay Club.
