Built on 7.4 acres with 505 feet of pristine sandy north shore beach. Building A on the beach
along with the pool and restaurant is completed and they are beginning work on second building.

buildings planned which comprise 1 and 2 bedrooms on 5 floors. The 5th floor will have
the Penthouse. It has 17 units in the first building with a couple of one bedrooms 1198
square feet. A two bedroom is 1875 square feet. Resort has a restaurant and pool and
will have a fitness centre and tennis courts. It will also have a resident management
with rental program. Ground breaking ceremony took place in November 2004. First building
is completed and other buildings are on hold.
