Built on part of the site the now torn down Allegro Hotel, on Grace Bay
will be a 5 Star resort with a 50/50 rental program.
Phase One of this unique project is 3 buildings with pool in the middle with a total
of 95 units. Building A and C are on the beach with 3 bedroom units
have 7 floors.. Two buildings have owners living there now. Two bedroom suites are 2043
square feet and 3 bedrooms are 3329 square feet.
The will be 4 units per floor and 7 floors.
Building Athena have 1 bedroom units 700 square feet.
There are some developer units left in Phase one with a number of re-sales also available. Resort
has underground parking, elevators, fitness centre, restaurant and tennis
courts and many more amenities including great pools and gardens. Construction started in
summer of 2005. No rentals until July 2008
