Built on part of the site the now torn down Allegro Hotel, on Grace Bay
is a 5 Star resort with a 50/50 rental program. This unique project has 3 buildings
with pool in the middle with a total of 95 units. Buildings Alya
and Alhena are on the beach with 3 bedroom units and have 7
floors. Two bedroom suites are 2043 square feet and 3 bedrooms are 3329 square
feet.
There are 4 units per floor and 7 floors. Building Alhena has 1 bedroom units 700
square feet at reduced prices of $550k. There are several units left in Phase one
with a number of resales also available.

Resort has underground parking, elevators, fitness centre, restaurant and tennis
courts and many more amenities and great pools and gardens.

The developer in the spring of 2009 sold the resort and management company to a
group of owners who are now in the process
of making some changes.
