Located on 5.5 acres with 115 suites in 8 three story buildings.
Studios range from 540 sq ft, one bedrooms 1004 sq ft , two bedroom are 1550 sq ft
All units are now sold out but there are some studio and one bedroom units for resale.
The resort was popular because of affordable prices in the preconstruction, two pools
with waterfall, lush gardens and a restaurant. Open air lobby and reception centre. Each
unit is air conditioned and every suite has a washer and dryer. Royal West Indies was
completed in stages with the last stage opening in September 2003.
