This Resort which is partially completed was on hold until further financing can be secured.
A five star condo hotel located in the Sandy Point area of North Caicos with studios, one,
two and three bedroom and four bedroom units. Situated on 17 acres with 6 to 7 pools
on the resort. Construction began in the summer of 2005 and stopped in 2007.
This resort is one of two condominium resorts on North Caicos that had begun
construction. Studios are 641 sq ft start and penthouse are 7800 sq ft.
