The Marina and Health Spa will be catering to Mega Yachts and will be a very high end
destination with a number of boat slips, restaurants, shops and activities.
The Nikki Beach Club Management will be creating their flag ship hotel in the Leeward Marina.
They will be managing the hotel as well as the Marina condominium.
The developer has bought another large tract of land on the beach in Leeward and will be doing a
development called EMERALD POINT with single family homes and very high end condominiums on the
beach. They are in the early stages but already experiencing a lot of interest in this exclusive project.
