Construction began in December 2007 with a Launch by Mandarin Oriental The resort was planned to have 17 Villas 78 Multiroomed Apartments 25 Exclusive Suites
A 22000 sq ft Spa was being commissioned by Japanese archiect.
Spa will be built over a tranquil lake and will feature 15 individual rooms, a VIP
couples suite, state of the art heat and water treatments and an outdoor Watsu
pool.

Exceptional landscape design will be major focus of hideway with infinity ledge
swimming pools, sundecks, tennis courts, a beach club and resort boutiques. 4
restaurants and bars. Spa and Hideway will have a Holistic Approach to
Wellness.
This luxury hotel on Dellis Cay would have had a budget of 1.5 Billion and was said
to be the largest development in this hemisphere. This island that is currently
uninhabited is 20 minutes from Providenciales and is set to bring hundreds of jobs
to the country. The focus for the resort was to create an exclusive and high end
retreat for celebrity guests and rich visitors.
The successful completion of this project would have brought people from all
over the world.
