Caicos is 41 square miles in size and is the up-and-coming island
for investment, being that it is only a 25-minute boat ride or 10-minute
flight from Provo. Thanks to healthy rainfall, North Caicos is the
most lush of all the islands with abundant vegetation and flocks
of flamingos. Pumpkin Bluff development has helped to put this island
on the investment map. The deep-water port is soon to be finished
which will allow direct transportation into North Caicos. The new
North Cacios Yacht Club and Marina is completed. The Royal Reef
and St. Charles condominium projects are now being built. The Fairmont
is still in the early stages but there is talk of a golf course,
hotel, marina and new homes. Given all this activity in North Caicos,
it is a wonderful place for investment now and in the future. North
Caicos’ proximity to Providenciales and Parrot Cay also make
it a wise choice to invest here. A Ferry service six times a day
to North Caicos makes in now easy to get there. They are extending
the runway at the airport to allow larger planes to enter and now
a new terminal is also being built. |
