North Caicos is 41 square miles in size and is the
up-and-coming island for investment, being that it is only a 25-minute boat ride or
10-minute flight from Provo.
Thanks to healthy rainfall, North Caicos is the lushest of all the islands with
abundant vegetation and flocks of flamingos. Population is 1800 residents with many
working at Parrot Cay. The deep-water port is finished which allows direct
transportation into North Caicos. The North Cacios Yacht Club and Marina has
created a number of lots in the marina for people to build on and have a boat
dock.
St. Charles a condominium has one building on the beach up along
with a pool and restaurant. The Fairmont Hotel is still in the early stages of
talks about a golf course, hotel, marina and new homes. Given all this activity in
North Caicos, it is a wonderful place for investment now and in the future. There
are two resort condo development in North Caicos. St Charles Resort and Royal Reef
Resort. Royal Reef has been on hold for a while but there is now a new owner and we
are waiting to see the work begin on the beautiful planned project.
