Middle
Caicos, the largest island in the Turks and Caicos, is
48 square miles and is one of the least populated. It is
very lush, suitable for agriculture and has a limestone ridge
running to about 125 feet above sea level and the natural beauty
includes extensive cave systems. Conch Bar, Lorimers and Bambarra
are the three small towns in Middle Caicos. Blue Horizon
Resort overlooking Mudjin Harbor has one of the most dramatic
views in all of the Islands. Good opportunities exist here for
investing either in beachfront lots or buildable pieces of land.
This is a very environmentally friendly island with nature trails
and lots of history.
Bamberra
Beach has beachfront properties for available and the Causeway
that was completed in November 2007 linking North Caicos and Middle
Caicos has made Middle Caicos easily accessible.
