The capital of the Turks & Caicos Islands with its 8 miles
long west reef wall offers world class diving accessible just

increase in activity since Carnival Cruise Lines recently made
a long-term commitment to coming to the island. Carnival
created a port at the southwest side of the island and the cruise

Carnival Cruise Lines has increased TCI’s presence in the
minds of potential travellers and investors, and has increased
interest in the beauty and history of Grand Turk. Century

New roads, a new airport terminal, and the refurbishing of Governor’s
Beach increased Grand Turk’s potential to attract investors.

development of several condominium projects such as Cacique Royal
and Columbus Landing in the construction stage. More projects
