Alexandra Resort on Grace Bay
Located on Grace Bay beach this resort has 3 condominium buildings--
1. Lady Rose on the beach
2. Prima Donna with views of the ocean and
3. Marilyn Building also views of the ocean.
The Lady Rose Building is on 4 floors with 5 units per floor and
end units have lockouts. There are some resales in this oceanfront building.
Penthouses in Lady Rose start around 1 million plus on the beach for resales.
Prima Donna Building was completed in the fall of 2005 and has 5
stories. 4th and 5th floors have two bedroom suites with and without lockouts and
are 1513 square feet. Limited number of studios and one bedroom units are
available. Katerina Building is on hold as the resort is in negotiations with a
branded name hotel.
Marilyn Building was completed in 2007 has
studios for 459 square feet. One Bedrooms with 1054 square feet and two bedrooms
1513 square feet. Alexandra has a restaurant by the pool and lots of water sports
available. Studios in this resort start in the high 2's and one bedrooms start in
the high 400s.
Prima Donna and Marilyn Buildings have
identical floor plans.
