Coral Gardens Resort
Coral Gardens Resort is a very popular resort located in
the Lower Bight on Grace Bay beach. Right in front of the resort is an
underwater park which is the best snorkeling on the Island.
Phase One:
Two bedroom units are ranging from 2128 sq ft and include a lockout.
There are a total 12 large two bedroom units in the resort. All 2 bedroom units
had been completed approx 10 years ago and are on the beach.
Phase Two:
Also on the beach were built as one bedroom units and some small two
bedrooms. This phase was completed about 7 years ago.
Phase 3: Royal Reef Residences ---
Location is behind Coral Gardens and has 3 buildings, each 2 stories, 8 units
per building and a pool. Royal Reef has long term rentals and short term rentals
and units available for sale freehold or timeshare.
There is a restaurant on the beach in front of the resort.
